Mistakes on charts

Where a driver does not complete the following on his chart correctly, the mistake can be correctled.

1. Not entering Surname and Christian name fully

2. Not entering both locations

3. Not entering start and finish date

4. Not entering vehicle registration number correctly

5. Not entering start and finish odometer readings
