It is based on our knowledge, experience of prosecuting and defending drivers hours legislation, and interpretation of the law which may not be the view taken by a court of law.

Notice to Advertisers

The publisher of any material must take every effort to ensure that any information provided for publishing is correct, complete and accurate and does not become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.  Advertisers must also ensure that any information provided is not Libellous and any copyright permissions needed for any aspect of their page is obtained previous to request to publish.

1. Credit accounts are strictly net and payment terms are within 30 days from the date of the invoice.  The first day of the month following the date of the invoice will also become the renewal date. Invoices will be issued at time of publishing of the entry.

2. Where payment for any renewal is made after the renewal date, the period of one year shall run from the date of renewal and not from any later date.

3. Any advertiser failing to settle an invoice within 30 days of the date of issue, may have their entry withdrawn from the site until payment is made, or permanently at the discretion of The Farnsworth Consultancy Ltd

4. The Farnsworth Consultancy Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever (including any consequential loss) occasioned as a result of :

a. the delay or failure of an entry to appear on any  date.

b. downtime whilst any page is being updated or modified

c. the failure, for whatsoever reason, of the website due to third party services.
5. All advertisement material published in any of the directories remains the copyright. of  The Farnsworth Consultancy Ltd, unless this material has been placed there with the consent of an original publisher.
6. The laws of England and Wales apply to these entries.
7. The Farnsworth Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to refuse entries for whatsoever reason.
8. The Advertiser declares by publishing in any of the above directories, that the content of their advertisement does not contravene any Act of Parliament nor is in any way illegal defamatory or constitutes an infringement of any other person or party's rights or any infringement of the British Code of Advertising Practice.
9. For the purposes of these conditions, "Advertiser" shall refer to any person/s, organisation or their agent, acting on their instructions, submitting material for inclusion in any of the above directories.

11.  Any person or organisation using the services of this website to advertise any article for sale or swap, to advertise for any article or service do so at their own risk.  Any agreement regarding these services between two parties is an agreement between them and does not involve the Farnsworth Consultancy, or any of it's websites, or employees.  Any subsequent contract is between the advertiser and the purchaser.  The services offered on any of the sites are for the benefit of the users and in no way involve the Farnsworth Consultancy.  Any prospective offer or sale is made on the understanding that the seller and purchaser satisfy themselves as to the validity and ownership of such an offer or sale before the contract is made..
