OVER 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE

The company has a long history of working with haulage related legislation & drivers hours. The founders themselves started the company over 20 years ago after leaving the Police Force. Whilst working in the Traffic Division of a major Police Force, one of the founders built up considerable expertise in tachograph analysis and drivers hours legislation.

Due to this he was selected from the whole force, by the then Deputy Chief Constable, to work as the traffic expert within the newly formed Administrative Support Unit. His specific responsibility was for the prosecution of serious traffic offences including tachograph offences.

We also have a number of former traffic department officers who are accepted as experts in the fields of drivers hours, tachographs, collision investigation, defensive driving, speed management and much more.

Since the formation of the company we have provided chart analysis for all fleet sizes and are regularly consulted on driver’s hours legislation by defence lawyers, hauliers and professional organisations and have acted in both magistrates and crown courts as an expert witness.
