What will I need
To use digivu or related download devices you will need to:

1.  Install the TIS-Web Automatic Upload Version 1.4.4 form the following link. 

http://www.vdo-tis.co.uk/TISWebAgent/FormSoftwareDownloads.aspx

Open the software once you have downloaded it and select the account tab > add.  Complete the boxes with you account name, user name and password.  Browse and select the folder path as shown below and click ok.  Then test the connection.

2.  Install the digiconnect software from the following link.

You will need to login to download the digiconnect software using the following login details.

The username is: farnsworth
password is:  login

Then select the following.

Firmware & Client software files
Firmware & Client software files
 
 

This will bring up the following download to install.
digiConnect V2.22a
digiConnect V2.22a
 

Once installed start the digiconnect software and enter the settings as below and click OK/apply
