Costs

We come to you - All training sessions
carried out at your premises.

Prices are per training
session.

There are no additional charges for extra members of
staff being present for the training, up to a maximum of 3 people.

More than 3 will be charged at
an extra £30 per person.
This is much more cost
effective training than sending members of staff out to be trained.
Saturday Training
Depending on your location
we will undertake training on a Saturday. This will incur a charge
of £60 in addition to the charges below.

Our training charges are the
most competitive in the industry. Training means that you get it
right.
Get to use your account
fully. With the proper training it will be so much easier for you
or your staff to get the most out of the software ensuring that you are
doing everything to comply with the complex legislation now associated
with driver's hours and tachograph legislation.
* Please note that you must have your account
already installed and working on your computer, before we can perform
any form of training.*
* We do not give training on
the windows operating system. With the vast number of network,
firewall and security settings it is impossible to set a standard
trouble-shooter, although you can get assistance with download problems
in own Help section.*
Analogue Charts
We
can help with the training of your staff to use the program and to analyse
charts correctly. There is no doubt that chart
analysts will be much more efficient if they know how to use the system
correctly and are taught the rudiments of chart analysis.
Downloading digital
tachograph and driver card data
We will show you how to
download data from digital tachographs and drivers cards into your
account and the use of all aspects of the software.
Driver Training
We do not perform driver
training on the use of the digital tachograph, but we can arrange for an
associate to provide training
to drivers in the use of digital tachographs.
Digital Archiving
We will show you how to
archive your driver/vehicle data in a format required by VOSA.

selected the cost includes

Training on all of the aspects of the program/reports/WTD
settings/adding and downloading Digital Driver Cards/Vehicle Units

Training
your staff to analyse/edit and view analogue charts charts / download Digital Data from
Drivers Cards and Vehicle Units.

Downloading digital data
from one drivers card and/or one vehicle unit at
premises.

Archiving digital data
in the format required by VOSA. You must be able to produce
data in this format if VOSA request your digital data.
